We emphasize fun in all our sessions with kids taking part in everything from animal relays to dinosaur runs to superhero star jumps! It’s been proven that young children enjoy fitness more when they are happy.
Track Tots aligns with the Early Years Framework– this is the structure that is in place at nurseries in the UK hence
During our exciting athletics sessions, Track Tots® builds on 3 key areas:
Communication and Language
Children enhance communication skills by listening, following instructions, and expressing themselves during interactive sports activities.
Physical Development
Track and field activities improve motor skills, coordination, and fitness, fostering a love for physical activity and building agility.
Personal, Social and Emotional Development
Collaborative play teaches teamwork, empathy, and emotional understanding, helping children build confidence and resilience.
No Annual Fee On Your First Block Booked Sessions!

T-Shirts and Guest Passes
Book our fun sessions and your child will receive a complimentary Track Tots® T-shirt and one guest pass when you block book 12 sessions and pay the annual administration fee.
T-shirt size and the names of the guests tot must be emailed a minimum of 7 days before the required session.
We do request that all Track Totters wear their t-shirt within three weeks of receiving it, as this builds on school readiness for PE lessons and importantly helps build a routine and teamwork.
We welcome siblings and friends to come along, but they will not be allowed to join in the sessions unless they are booked on to the session. Please email us at hello@tracktots.co.uk to ask about a sibling discount.
SEND TOTS
Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, or SEND, can affect a child’s ability to learn without support. Here at Track Tots®, we recognize that many children with SEND are unfortunately underserved when it comes to fun and interactive sports for preschoolers. We have the desire to help address this imbalance by focusing on the four areas of SEN:
